-What kind of vehicles can Milton Motors transport?

Milton Motors can transport a wide range of vehicles such as automobiles, minivans, SUV's, pickups, motorcycles and heavy duty vehicles.  Our transport services range from single units to fleet size shipments.

 

-How far in advance should I schedule the transport of my vehicle?

We request that you schedule your move as soon as possible (5-7 days) to insure that your car is moved within the time frame which best meets your schedule. However, if an immediate pick up is necessary, we can arrange for your vehicle to be picked up within 24 hours.

 

-What method of payments are accepted?

We accept credit cards, money orders, cashier's checks and cash.

 

-What is an oversize fee?

Some vehicles are much larger than traditional passenger vehicles. Because of the extraordinary dimensions, these vehicles take up the amount of space normally used for two vehicles, thus resulting in the need for an “oversize” fee.

 

-Can you provide storage space for my vehicle, is so for how long?

We currently have 15 acres of secured vehicle parking with security around the clock. You can speak to one of our representatives about storage deals.

 

-How long does it take to deliver my car?

Delivery generally takes 1 to 14 days; however, weather, traffic, and other uncontrollable circumstances can delay delivery. During the transport of your vehicle, we can provide you with an update.

 

-What do I do if my vehicle is damaged?

Our car transporters strive to do the best job possible; however, sometimes damage does occur. If damage is found on your vehicle, notify Milton Motors as soon as it is noticed.

 

-How do I check the status if my order?

Call our office at 281 260 8777. We will track your order and give you an update as soon as possible.

 

-What kind of truck will my car be shipped on?

Your vehicle will be transported on an open car carrier that can carry between 5-10 vehicles or a flat bed wrecker that can carry between 2-4 vehicles. You may have likely seen these on the highway many times.
